Questions buyers ask first

Who can buy from Orvin?
Anyone. Most of our buyers are boutiques, vintage shops and online resellers, but you don’t need an account or a business registration to order.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order a single piece or a full set: the price per piece is the same.
How is authenticity guaranteed?
Every piece is checked by professional authenticators before it is listed: materials, stitching, hardware and date codes. Pieces that don’t pass are never listed.
What do the grades mean?
S is unused, SA like new, A excellent, AB very good, B good, BC light wear, C visible wear, CD heavy wear, D for repair. Every listing shows the grade and photos of the details.
Where do you ship?
To every EU country. Shipments are tracked and insured.
How often is the stock updated?
New pieces arrive every week, and sold pieces are removed from the shop.
Can you repair or restore a piece?
Yes. Our craftsman has worked on luxury bags for over 30 years. Send us photos and we quote per piece or per set. See repair & restoration.
